A. We do have properties for long term rental that are unfurnished all they are less common than furnished properties. They tend to be based on the newer developments slightly away from the town centre so a car is often necessary.

A. All our long term rental clients are encouraged to contact us if anything is not right and we will happily liase with the owner and translate where necessary to find a solution.
Q. Can the owner of the property sell it whilst I am renting it on a long term basis?
A. If the owner wishes to sell the property they are legally obliged to offer you the first chance to purchase it. If you do not wish to purchase it and they find another buyer during your long term rental they must give you sufficient notice (at least 2 months). Fortunately this situation is exceptionally rare.
